By working in partnership with professional bodies, Trade Federations and Unions, further education colleges and private training providers, we support flexible training and skills development for our members, ensuring we have sufficiently skilled craftspeople working in our industry now and in the future.
We provide local, high quality, realistically priced training, designed to meet our members’ needs by:
- Providing regular notification of forthcoming training courses
- Reducing fees through arranged discounts with training providers
- Advising on grants and funding
- Offering regular breakfast events, such as CPD workshops and seminars with relevant guest speakers
We aim to encourage stronger network links between our member companies and the wider industry, benefitting the sector as a whole.
